3.1 Deposit Terms

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

3.3 Transaction Verification

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example, if you deposit ৳5,000, you will receive a ৳5,000 bonus. A wagering requirement of 15 times (15x) applies before this bonus can be withdrawn, meaning you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• The maximum bet amount per wager while a bonus is active is limited to ৳500.
• If multiple accounts or bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.
• aq123 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses are only usable on the aq123 platform.

4.3 VIP Program

aq123's VIP program has three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. You can advance to higher levels based on your playing activity and consistency.

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP benefits depend on the user's activity and may change at any time.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will be considered violations of these Terms:

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or system manipulation.
• Attempting to affect the platform through hacking, malware, or any other technical interference.
• Depositing third-party funds or stolen money.
• Using this platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players to influence game results.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.

If involvement in any of the above activities is proven, the account will be immediately closed, the full balance will be confiscated, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered valid only when the system has successfully confirmed it and funds have been deducted from your account. If a bet is not processed due to a technical issue, it will be considered void and the money will be returned.

6.2 Bet Limits

6.3 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket, football, volleyball, and other sports, the decision of aq123 authorities is final. If a match is abandoned, suspended, or rescheduled, the relevant bets will be settled according to specific rules.

6.4 Result Disputes

If you have a dispute about the result of a bet, you must notify us via live chat or email within 72 hours of the result being announced. aq123's investigation team will review and communicate the final decision.
